We want you to love your merino wool garments as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your piece doesn't fit or feel quite right, our simple process ensures a smooth transition to your new favorite staple.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or ship your exchange once the return is inspected.
